L' HORIZON Residence, Mahdia :
The project, stretching over an area of about 2700 m², is located in Mahdia in one of the most beautiful Mediterranean areas. It is a four-floor building in sea front with basement and multi-use mezzanine.
The ground floor is devoted to trades, the mezzanine as well as the 4 higher floors are for dwelling houses (apartments: living room +1 room and living room +2 rooms) with underground car park (16 parking spaces).
Being faithful to our innovating belief, we wanted to design a modern and functional architecture which considers at a time the geographical advantage and the beautiful beach of Mahdia known across the world for the quality and the exceptional color of its sea.
The apartments, ranging from 45 mē to 90 mē, include large terraces and wide picture windows overlooking the sea, offering thus a wonderful panoramic sight.
 Everything is lavish; the apartments are fitted with all modern conveniences :
heating and air-conditioning, wall lining and ground of quality, kitchens fitted in the American way, showers and bathrooms equipped with first quality appliances with suspended furniture, aluminum, electric rolling shutters.
